How much do corporate headshots cost?
Team headshots are $99–$200 per person plus a $400 on-site studio setup, for groups of 10 or more; groups under 10 are $200 per person. Flat-rate half days are $3,000 (up to 50 people) and full days $5,500 (up to 100), with setup included.
How long does each person need?
Each team member spends 5–10 minutes in front of the camera, depending on the session length you choose. Most people are back at their desk within 15 minutes.
How much space do you need in our office?
A conference room, empty office or quiet corner of a lobby works well. We bring the lighting, backdrop, stands and review screen.
Can new hires match our existing headshots later?
Yes. We keep your lighting, backdrop and crop specification on file, so team members photographed months later — in our Laguna Beach studio or at your office — match the rest of the team.
How do employees choose their photos?
Everyone gets a private folder in your company gallery and picks their favorite. Automated reminders make sure selections happen on time, and retouched images arrive in about 7–10 days.
