How much do headshots cost in Orange County?
Individual studio headshot sessions in Laguna Beach start at $425, including one fully retouched image. On-site team headshots are $99–$200 per person plus a $400 studio setup, with a 10-person minimum. Half-day programs are $3,000 and full days $5,500.
Where is your headshot studio?
Our natural-light studio is at 462 Bent Street in Laguna Beach. We also bring a complete portable studio to offices throughout Orange County — Irvine, Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, Santa Ana and beyond — at no extra travel charge.
How long does a headshot session take?
Individual studio sessions usually take about an hour including outfit changes and image review. For on-site team sessions, each person spends 5–10 minutes in front of the camera, so we can photograph up to 50 people in a half day.
When will I receive my headshots?
You'll see your images live during the session. Final professionally retouched headshots are delivered in about 7–10 days.
What should I wear for my headshot?
Solid colors that suit your brand, well-fitted jackets, and nothing with busy patterns or logos. Bring two or three options — we'll help you choose on the day. See our what-to-wear guide.
Do you offer hair and makeup?
Yes. Professional hair and makeup can be added to studio sessions and arranged for team days.
Can you photograph our whole team so everyone matches?
Absolutely — that's our specialty. We keep one lighting, backdrop and crop specification on file, so new hires photographed months later still match the rest of the team. For 50+ people or several offices, see our enterprise headshot programs.
