How much do team headshots cost?
Teams under 10 are $200 per person plus a $400 on-site setup. For 10 or more, the rate is $99–$200 per person plus setup, dropping as your headcount grows. A half day for up to 50 people is a flat $3,000.
How many people can you photograph in one session?
Up to 50 in a half day and 100 in a full day. For larger companies, see our corporate headshots programs.
Can you take a group photo of our team too?
Yes. We can add a team group photo, leadership portraits or a few candid office images to the same session so everything matches.
What if someone is out on the shoot day?
We keep your lighting and backdrop setup on file, so anyone who misses the day — or joins later — can be photographed at our Laguna Beach studio or a follow-up session and still match the team.
What should employees wear?
Solid colors, well-fitted jackets or tops, and no busy patterns. We send wardrobe tips ahead of time so the team looks cohesive and on-brand.
Can you photograph teams in more than one office?
Yes. We photograph multiple offices across Orange County and Los Angeles in one booking. For teams in other cities, see our nationwide headshot programs.
