How much does fitness and wellness branding photography cost?
Studio headshot sessions in Laguna Beach start at $425 with one retouched image. Wellness branding sessions with up to two locations start at $3,000 for a half day. Instructor and staff headshots for gyms and studios are $99–$200 per person plus a $400 setup.
Where can we shoot?
Anywhere that fits your brand — Laguna Beach coves and coastline, your gym or studio, your kitchen, a park or downtown streets. We'll plan locations around the best light.
What should I wear?
Bring what you actually work in — activewear, your studio clothes or chef's apron — plus one or two casual or polished looks for headshots. Solid colors that match your brand work best.
Can you photograph me in action?
Yes. Training, yoga flows, stretching, cooking or coaching a client — action images are often the most engaging photos on your website and social media.
Can you photograph our gym or wellness studio?
Yes. We photograph instructor headshots, classes in action and your space, scheduled around your class times.
How quickly will I get my photos?
You'll choose favorites from an online gallery, and retouched images are delivered in about 7–10 days.
