How much do event headshots cost?
Event headshot stations are custom quoted based on attendee count, hours and the number of studio setups. Event photography coverage is $750 per hour, and video coverage is $750 per hour with an optional highlight reel quoted separately.
How many people can you photograph at an event?
One studio setup typically handles about 50 people in a half day and 100 in a full day. For larger conferences and trade shows we add photographers and setups to keep lines short.
How much space do you need?
A trade show booth, breakout room or quiet corner of the venue works well. We bring the lighting, backdrop, stands and review screen.
How do attendees sign up?
Each person books their own time slot through our scheduling link and receives our what-to-wear guide automatically. Walk-ups can be added as time allows.
When do attendees get their headshots?
Everyone receives a private online gallery after the event, and retouched headshots are typically delivered in 7–10 days. Same-day selects are available for tight deadlines.
Do you travel for conferences outside California?
Yes. We photograph events across Orange County, Los Angeles and San Diego, and travel nationwide — see our nationwide headshot programs.
Can you photograph the rest of the event too?
Yes. The same team can cover speakers, panels, networking and evening events at $750 per hour, so your headshots and event photos come from one vendor.
