We can photograph up to 100 employees per photographer per day for quick, efficient sessions. For a more boutique experience, we recommend planning for up to 50 employees per photographer per day. With our team of professional photographers, we can easily scale to accommodate several hundred employees in a single day when needed.Do you travel to our office for corporate headshots?
Yes, we specialize in on-site corporate headshot photography and regularly travel directly to company offices for large team headshot events. Our goal is to make the process seamless and convenient for your employees and leadership team.How long does each employee headshot session take?
Most headshot sessions take between 3 and 10 minutes per person, depending on the experience you want. For speed and efficiency, we can move quickly while still creating polished results. For a more elevated experience, we allow more time for coaching and multiple expressions.What do you need for setup space and how long does setup take?
Our setup typically takes about 30 minutes, and we recommend a minimum space of 10x10 feet, such as a conference room or open office area. What is your turnaround time for corporate headshots?
Our typical turnaround time is 7–10 business days for proofs.
Once an employee selects their image(s), final retouched images are usually delivered within 2–3 business days for new orders.
We also offer rush options if your company has a tight deadline.
How many images are included per employee?
Each employee session includes one fully retouched final image per person.
Additional images can be pre-purchased by the company, and employees may also purchase extra images at a discounted rate if they would like multiple looks or expressions.
How is pricing structured for enterprise team headshots?
Pricing is based on a half-day or full-day rate per photographer, depending on your headcount, scheduling needs, and desired experience level.
